About the Role
Viderity, a HUBZone and WOSB-certified IT and engineering firm, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Research Sciences and Innovation (RSI) Directorate. This role is part-time (~20 hours/week, schedule to be determined with government stakeholders) and requires on-site work in Cayce, SC. The Systems Engineer will provide enterprise systems engineering expertise and strategy support with a focus on resiliency, systems-of-systems design, and accelerated capability delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture strategies, with attention to resiliency, affordability, and mission assurance.

• Support systems-of-systems analysis to ensure interoperability across transport, enterprise services, data, and applications.

• Provide technical input on information sharing and IT architecture for mission systems.

• Document system designs, integration strategies, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to support innovation in national security systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Experience in enterprise systems engineering and/or architecture design.

• Familiarity with federal or DoD IT environments preferred.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Cayce, SC.

• Clearance not required for hire (prior clearance or eligibility a plus).
