About the Role
Viderity, a HUBZone and WOSB-certified IT and engineering firm, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Research Sciences and Innovation (RSI) Directorate. This role is part-time (~20 hours/week, schedule to be determined with government stakeholders) and requires on-site work in Cayce, SC. The Systems Engineer will provide enterprise systems engineering expertise and strategy support with a focus on resiliency, systems-of-systems design, and accelerated capability delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop enterprise architecture strategies, with attention to resiliency, affordability, and mission assurance.
Support systems-of-systems analysis to ensure interoperability across transport, enterprise services, data, and applications.
Provide technical input on information sharing and IT architecture for mission systems.
Document system designs, integration strategies, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to support innovation in national security systems.
Job requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience in enterprise systems engineering and/or architecture design.
Familiarity with federal or DoD IT environments preferred.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Cayce, SC.
Clearance not required for hire (prior clearance or eligibility a plus).
