Job description
This is a 100% remote role for candidates based in the Washington D.C. Metro Area (D.C., Maryland, Virginia). Candidates can be located within a 2-hour commute from Alexandria, Virginia.

Viderity is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to analyze, design, implement and improve computer systems and related technology to meet the agency’s. needs. Research new technologies, assess existing systems, and provide technical support and training. Work with other departments, including end-users and management, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
Formulates/defines system scope and objectives.
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications for programs.
Provides support in the design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of new software and enhancements of existing applications.
Works with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs meet business requirements.
Formulates/defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer.
Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs.
Provides overall operating system, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, large telecommunications networks, computer accounting, and advanced mathematical/scientific software packages.
Supports all phases of software systems programming applications.
Evaluates new and existing software products.
Job requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related degree
Five (5) years’ experience. Supported DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or high
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with others, including end-users and management.
Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
Project management background
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to be thorough.
Security Clearance Required:
Access Level: IT-2
Sensitivity Level: Secret/Non-critical Sensitive o Type of Investigation:
Current Tier 3 (T3) or National Agency Check with Local Agency Check
and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
• DoD 8570.01-M Certification: N/A Exception: If the employee ever requires any Privileged system access, then DOD 8570.01-M, IA & CE certifications are required.
IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level: IAT Level II
IA Baseline Certification: Attachment_3_DOD 8570 Approved Baseline Certifications_Full_20210526
CE/OS Certificate: Attachment_4_DLA Approved CS CE List_v28_20230221. Certification must be applicable to the Oracle based
DAI Application Environment
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Salary range:
$65,000 - 86,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
