Viderity is seeking a Lead Implementation Subject Matter Expert responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing successful deployment of new systems, products, or services within the agency.

This is a 100% remote role for candidates based in the Washington D.C. Metro Area (D.C., Maryland, Virginia). Candidates can be located within a 2-hour commute from Alexandria, Virginia.

Viderity is seeking a Lead Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful deployment of new systems, products, or services within the agency. Will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client/stakeholder requirements. This involves managing teams, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee specific project tasks and activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Serve as Project Manager working with client and vendor teams as they implement new or updated software systems across multiple departments.
Gather core business requirements and information for initial build of the platform
Set expectations with the key stakeholders around tasks and responsibilities
Execute training sessions, data collection and loading, and coordinate with any other Departments with dependencies on the project
Update Project completion boards and communicate status’ internally and externally
Prepare the implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, equipment installation.
Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
Provide expertise in providing end-to-end direction and functional oversight of the entire DAI global model.
Provide expertise in Oracle EBS, with knowledge of R12.2.5 or higher. Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of the Oracle EBS application and the Federal and DoD business processes.
Demonstrates expertise in providing functional support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction.
Provide expertise be in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications or Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, or operations research).
Job requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Seven (7) years’ experience. Supported DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
Project management experience; PMP certification is an asset
Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
Required Security Clearance:
o Access Level: IT-2
o Sensitivity Level: Non-critical Sensitive
o Type of Investigation: Current Tier 3 (T3) or National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
DoD 8570.01-M Certification: N/A
Exception: If the employee ever requires any Privileged system access, then DOD 8570.01-M, IA & CE certifications are required.
o IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level: IAT Level II
o IA Baseline Certification: Attachment_3_DOD 8570 Approved Baseline Certifications_Full_20210526

Salary range:
$117,000 - $140,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
